This is Bristol -- POLICE are appealing for help to track down a 37-year-old man missing from his home in Filton. Mark Higgs, of Gloucester Road North, was last seen leaving his home at around 9.30pm on Monday. He is 6ft 2ins, of broad build, with blue eyes, cropped brown hair and a moustache. Police are asking anyone who sees Mark or know where he is to call the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 101 with reference MP369/14.
