A MAN was arrested on suspicion of arson last night following a foot chase by police and firefighters. Devonport officers and the fire service from Camels Head were called to a five-metre speed boat on a trailer in a car park in Adams Close, Kings Tamerton, reported to be damaged by fire in a suspected arson at about 12.30am.
