A bomb blast targeting a television viewing centre for football in north-east Nigeria has killed at least 14 people and wounded 12, police and the military have said.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blast in Gavan in the Mubi area of Adamawa state on Sunday. The Islamist militant group Boko Haram, whose struggle for an Islamic state is concentrated in the north-east, is the prime suspect.
