This is Leicestershire -- A pilot and passenger died when the light aircraft they were traveling in crashed in Leicestershire last night, police have confirmed. The aircraft came down in a field near Wymeswold, near Loughborough, at 7.55pm. Leicestershire Police this morning confirmed that the pilot and passenger died in the collision. The force also said this morning that relatives have been informed of the tragedy. Police are working with the Air Accident Investigations Branch to determine the cause. Information about the crash can be passed to Leicestershire Police on 101, quoting incident 711/21/08/13
