This is Lincolnshire -- Police are trying to trace two men who may have information about an assault in Spalding. A 20-year-old man was left with cuts and bruising to his face after being assaulted outside USA Chicken in New Road shortly after 1am on September 1. Police are seeking help in identifying two men who were in the takeaway shortly before and who may be able to assist with the enquiry. Anyone with information should contact PC Jonathan Lang by calling 101 and quoting incident number 37 of September 1.
