This is Plymouth -- CAN you help police in naming this man? He was seen entering the Spar store in Old Laira Raod, at around 10.50am on October 23. There was a disagreement between the man and staff regarding the notes he presented to staff. Police would like to speak to the man regarding an incident which took place in the store.
